1. Agreement
By enrolling in the Holistic Parenting Universe (HPU) Silver Membership you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use the membership.
2. Membership access
Silver Membership is a one-time purchase granting lifetime access to the programme content available on our learning platform. Access is personal, non-transferable and intended for a single family.
3. Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable charges unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by our third-party payment partners; we do not store your card details.
4. Refunds
Because the programme delivers immediate digital access to its full library, purchases are generally non-refundable. If you face a technical issue that prevents access, contact support and we will resolve it or review your case fairly.
5. Use of content
All videos, worksheets, printables and other materials are copyright of Holistic Parenting Universe. You may use them for your own family. Copying, resale, public sharing or redistribution in any form is not permitted.
6. Educational purpose
The programme offers parenting education and general guidance. It is not medical, psychological or diagnostic advice. For concerns about your child's health or development, please consult a qualified professional.
7. Account conduct
Sharing your login, attempting to download and distribute content, or disruptive behaviour in community spaces may result in access being revoked without refund.
8. Changes
We may update the programme content, features and these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised date.
